 Rhythms of Her

Online Group Coaching Programme for Cyclical Living, Nervous System Support & Perimenopause

Rhythms of Her is an online group coaching programme for women who are ready to live in tune with their natural rhythms. Designed especially for women navigating perimenopause, burnout or life transitions, this nurturing space supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance and embodied self-leadership through cyclical living.

 

Rhythms of Her Group Coaching runs 3 times per year online (February, May & September). This 8 week group coaching programme guides you through the seasons of your body, energy and life with body led practices, breathwork, reflection and gentle accountability. 

 

Rooted in somatic coaching, breathwork and nervous system awareness, Rhythms of Her offers a grounded, compassionate alternative to productivity-driven wellness. This is a place to slow down, reconnect with your body’s wisdom and create a way of living that truly supports your wellbeing.

 

Whether you’re experiencing perimenopause symptoms, emotional overwhelm, fatigue or simply a sense that your old way of living no longer fits, Rhythms of Her invites you to slow down, listen and come home to yourself.

 

What’s included:

✅6 live online 60 minute sessions held on zoom

✅2 weeks integration giving you the space you need to reflect and embody the programme

✅Optional what’s app group for support throughout the course 

✅Small groups of no more than 8 women to create a supportive and nurturing journey 

✅Coaching topics will include, but not limited to, burnout, fatigue, inability to switch off, disrupted sleep, overwhelm, racing minds, mood swings, nervous system regulation, people pleasing & boundaries
