Pricing information

The Grounded Woman Membership is a monthly recurring payment for access to the video library (password protected member page), journaling prompts to accompany the videos and 3 live online sessions with me per month.

The idea is to add new 7 week courses regularly. The membership comes with “7 Steps to a Balanced Nervous System Course” already live plus some short daily practises. I will add the videos at a later date.

49/pm or £490 per year (save on 2 months)

Somatic Coaching

These will be booked as stand alone sessions away from the membership.

 Workshops are held quarterly (3 hours) online, offering a spacious, themed exploration with community, movement, breathwork, journaling, and reflection.

 Day Retreats are offered twice a year (full day) for a deeper immersive experience to rest, reset, and expand.

These sessions are a gift of time — for your body, your nervous system, your spirit. Come as you are. Leave feeling held, nourished, and more connected to yourself.
