The membership is a 12 moth commitment either through the monthly subscription or the full year subscription. Memberships can be cancelled when the 12 months has lapsed. No refunds will be given for past payments.
I am an ACCHP Accredited Trauma Informed Somatic Coach, based in Basingstoke, UK, working online with women in perimenopause.
My work is body-led, trauma-informed, and compassionate. In every session, we listen to your nervous system, your rhythms, your cycles, and the seasons of your life.

All sessions are held online, so you can join from anywhere in the world, in the comfort of your own space.
I founded Jade Treen Somatics to support women through the often silent, unseen struggles of perimenopause, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation. As women we juggle so much with little time so I want to create a safe and welcoming space for you to slow down, take a breath and be you.
